I don't think you get it till 15 on this server. It may not show up in the list till 15 either since there was a bug with meditate a long time ago. One possible way to fix it is to just remove it till 15 so.

make some enchanter friends, SKs should be pullin and not sittin around! =P

I miss my old yelinak blade, call of bones was so nice to have.
