The concession/fte guideline is there to prevent content being monopolised with shady tactics.
The fact this convention doesn't punish forces which don't monopolise content doesn't seem to be of any importance to me. Hell I think I'd even be supportive of 'we're going to kill or KS all (zone/area) mobs on day/month and then take a 30 day elective concession of those mobs' as a pseudo rotation mechanic. | ||
