I tagged along for some theatre scouting and saw a multi million $ anti Russian (the pussy riot girl's) production that involved a man being suspension bound and peeing himself while he was up

it was, like, a metaphor for Putin doing Russia dirty or something

Just saying maybe it's not capitalism vs socialism that determines healthy artistic scene but rather Jewish-liberalism vs not??

IDK- in a free/capitalist society, there's literally a definable value to work- whatever someone is willing to pay for something, that's its worth. If people are creepy enough to pay $ to watch people piss on themselves, and you're making money off of those people, and it doesn't endanger me or the public- go for it. I don't need to be a critic of other people's taste in "art".

I just think the public funding of art (other than literal public art, like stuff that goes in public parks/buildings etc.) is shady. If the art has value- monetize it. If it doesn't, then get a job and support your efforts yourself.
