Are petitioned looked at ? Is there still a lead GM ?

sure seems like the GM's are way behind on petitions.
I had a reimbursement from oct. verified within 2 weeks.. got tired of waiting and took the time to just re-aquire the item in game early dec. At this time i marked my petition as *please move to resolved, i got my item back the hard way, thanks anyways..*
and now its just sitting there... still... waiting to be moved to resolved...
