New install won't patch / No expansions owned

MCoy, I didn't want to do you suggested (copying files from older PC) as it meant a ton of work to find and get files from a very old PC that hasn't been run in years but I really had no other choice so I did it and, at last it works!

We will never know why I couldn't get it to launch otherwise, but I wish to thank all of you for your help. Though I never got it to work it doesn't mean that I'm not grateful to all of you. See you in game!
