Looks like it should be. The picture that is still on Zam to this day showing it was No Drop is also on the Wayback capture from February 2002 but again the page was last updated October 15, 2001 so that screenshot is from October 2001.

It appears to be the same exact situation, it should be No Drop, not Lore, and it was replaced with an item with identical stats that was droppable/Lore with the last word of the name changed. In this case it was changed to Pearly Sarnak Bauble

Another comment from Arch Inspector's page suggesting the Bangle was No Drop and was replaced with the droppable Baugle "quite some time" before June 2002.
