The clockwork armorer located at approx 1227, -706 in Ak'anon is missing plate armor molds.
As per:
http://wiki.project1999.com/Small_Plate_Boot_Mold he should have plate armor molds. I have also purchased molds previously from this merchant. He had unlimited molds (indicating nobody sold them to him) and thus should have them after the server reboot. Currently he only has chain molds.
I have also petitioned in game regarding this, as I would like to make some tinkered items that require small plate.
