Good riddance to this broken era of P99 and all the lawyer-questing that went with it.
Rotating is good. Cutting the respawn time in half given the needs and population of the server would also be good. At the same time, root the dragons and force the crawl. Raiding NTOV was fun back on live, and it could be fun here too.
