How did the Pats get correlated with white supremacy? I feel like I have missed something key here.

Was it Brady's "We will not be forgotten" or whatever speech? I remember thinking: Dude no one forgot that you exist, just nobody likes you outside of Boston or wants you to win another championship (except Wonkie I guess).

Or does this have to do with the Pats being one of the whiter teams in regard to their roster?

it's mostly a joke, but...

Tom Brady has maga hat, team is extremely white relative to the rest of nfl, they get away with things other teams wouldn't (deflategate, Julian edelmen taking PEDs and winning sb mvp) plus the pats are always in a position of power but want to be oppressed underdogs when they're a literal dynasty is peak white
