Hispanics are "white" though. Genetically, they are southern european, which is primarily a mix between arab and northern european.
In "latin america" a substantial portion of the population is "spanish" since the spanish colonialists massacred and raped the majority of "native americans" which are actually just descendants of north eastern asians.... oh man its getting real muddy.
How bout we just persecute those whites 1/3rd of the way.....like we could chop their legs off at the mid section and let the top half of them live so they can atone for the crimes of their arab invaders invading the iberian peninsula and mixing with the spanish and italians, then we vould cut that half in half so that the spanish and italian half can atone for the age of imperialism, THEN we can cut that half in half for the "native american" part that colonized and raped the americas. But THEN were also going to need to circle back around and decapitate them for their crimes when they were running the roman empire and accosting everyone else north and east of themselves
