It would be nice to hear from the powers that be on this issue since it appears to have been ongoing for quite sometime, and finally clear the confusion.

MY red defense skill, which was locked at 203, is now 215 and white. I haven't set foot on velious on any of my toons. So did they fix it or no?

Update. Checked again and defense has returned to 203 red. Guess it was a flook. Ill just have to run CS.
