She merely stated that subpoena power is something cingress has. Politic-ed the tweet, toed the line, she knew what she was doing (shockingly) since there was no direct statement of a threat. Grammar matters in the linguistics of the law. Hell, check your ticketing officer's grammar for traffic violations. It can save you money. That's not being pedantic, btw, weakling. Yeah, a first year congresswoman with no skin in the game yet. Ted Cruz shut down the government in order to gain prominence, so, hopefully, she doesn't do the same; but I think that's what they could subconsciously fear, the swinging of the pendulum. Poe would be laughing at all of this.
