The doc is pretty damning. I have to assume the people still defending him are people who haven't read it. I mean shit, there are literally Screenshots, Chat Logs, and Forum Posts of all the shit he was doing and it all came crashing down on his head.

I haven't read it, I do know he's "helped people" before in ways a GM shouldn't though - secrets don't stay secret forever.

I've read it and I still stand behind him. Shit, this dude dealt with grown adults crying, whining, and bitching over pixels for 6 years. Nobody is perfect and the dude did way more good for the server than bad.

I came to the conclusion that occasional worthless fake pixel hand outs are less severe than occasional free cappaccino hand outs from a barista (in each instance to the object of affections).

Likewise. I stand by Sirken. If you had a full picture perspective (I REALLY wish I could say something) then you all would too.

Lastly, I will add that this action against Sirken falls under "petty".

If we're allowed to talk more down the road, then I will have a lot more argument to make in favor of Sirken not being removed from staff.

I respect the decision and understand it, but its just not what I would expect-- all things considered.
