I would suggest Tundra Yeti caves in DL. It can be crowded, but super fast respawns and there are 2 separate caves. You can also pull yard trash which also contains yetis and drolvargs / giants / spiders. Can easily take you to 45 if you want.
Eventually, you can duo the Glacier Yeti cave near the giant fort, but there are only 5 or 6 spawns I think. At that point may just want to look elsewhere.
OT has plenty for you guys as well.

I am a fan of these spots as well, but I would guess they have pretty significant downtime, so I think a high ZEM would treat them better.
