Just ran 2.2 miles. Not really "running" at an 11:00min pace, kept heart rate up though. I swear I could walk that faster. But trying to retrain muscles.

No advice needed.

huge cringe at jogging or running of any kind. terrible for the joints and hips

wke as shit.

running and jogging are okay if you make the effort to do it over varied terrain (ie, hiking). they don't really have that east of the rockies. and people voluntarily live there lol

in swamp it's bike and ellipt
