I think democrats could have done a lot better by finding real issues with Kavanaugh instead of this character assassination crap.

I realize this is next to impossible for liberals, as it would require critical thinking rather than emotional blabbering.

I made this argument then ppl decided to do the Senate hearings, and this is basically what's up.

There were a few good analyses of his judicial track record. And how that plays into the lower courts. Like those are buried underneath a mountain of death threats now.
