I should just refer to you as "cherry picker": the only way you can "win" any debate, since you can't actually address the logic and reasoning of others with your own, is to grab a small piece of their entire post and ignore the rest of it.

i read the whole article this morning and the funny thing is, his classmate never said he saw him black out.

what he did say was,

"On many occasions I heard Brett slur his words and saw him staggering from alcohol consumption, not all of which was beer," Dr Ludington said.
