Why not switch trade hub to kelethin or Nfp - been long enough in that tunnel now, lets do it - for the sake of change

EC on Bertoxx. IIRC it was originally started as a weekly event pretty early on where people would come there on that day and trade between certain hours. It just stuck and became a full time thing rather quickly.
