BFG + 140ish good arrows (3+ dmg) + swiftwind + pre-avatar proc + 2-3 min fight + stationary target + trueshot disc = insane melee DPS.

How does it matter if you spend even higher dmg arrows? Crafting 8 dmg arrows as an example. Is it worth it?

Probably if u wanted to use ur disc on one specific mob you wish to obliterate.
