Game randomly closes?

What processors are you guys running? I've never had a crash in the 2 months I've been playing p99 on my AMD athlon64 x2 running win7. I'm also using a ATI Radeon HD 5570 for my vid card.

Lots of people are having this problem but I'm not seeing many posting about their hardware specs. Could be a specific hardware/driver setup.

I'm running I7. I also used the all in one installer for p99 so I'm only running on one core. As I mentioned before zoning/ logging in and out before pulling anything seems to have worked for me. It's inconvenient and I don't understand the reason it works but it does seem to. Worth trying anyway.

AMD Athlon 7850 dual core @2.8GHz, Windows 7 64bit, 4GB of RAM. i've tried setting EQ to only run on one CPU for a while, didn't make a noticable difference.

I have a feeling its a timing issue with the newer, faster processors. Rael may be right that a newer client needs to be used.
