In the absence of a specific trespassing complaint filed the owner or resident of the property, the officer who spots such a person must determine with the owner or resident of the property whether this person has permission to be on their property before detaining them for trespassing. That's the law, you badgelicking troglodyte.

You seem to be mentally deficient, so allow me to put it in terms an 8-year-old could understand. Your Mom invites your friend over for a play date. Your friend obviously had permission to be at your house. He's on your driveway, in a place he legally has a right to be, doing something he legally has a right to be doing, when a cop pulls up. The cop asks your friend is he lives there. Your friend says no. The cop proceeds to illegally arrest him for trespassing and beat the shit out of him. Now, keep in mind you nor your Mom filed a complaint that someone was trespassing on your property. Also keep in mind that the officer did not determine whether your friend had permission to be there before arresting and violently battering your friend.

Now, tell me, what is wrong with this picture?
