Not all forms of speech are free. You can't threaten someone's life for example - this form of speech is a crime. And similarly advocating genocide is. "Freedom of speech" refers more to the citizenry being able to openly criticise the government's actions without reprisal. It's not a licence to be an asshole to whoever you like.

Elaborate on how something that my country actually has works please. The point is, it's very hard to go to jail for saying something in America and we like that very much. Hope you never break the law voicing your crimethink. Fucking gross.
