Unfortunately decency isn't news. Now if the other cops had stepped in and stopped the beating, because its the right thing to do, you probably wouldn't have heard about this at all.
Instead you see at least 3 cops one of which physically assaulting him for in his mind "tresspassing" and the others mocking him while he sits on the ground bleeding.
At least one of them asked if he wanted medical attention...
