Damage Bonuses are being researched and worked on and will be fixed, so don't bother with this.

You consistantly bitch about the current state of things making the item worthless, and all I did was point out that they are trying to fix it to make it how it should be in which case the item for sale would become better.

I quote you in that post: "So at level 60 for all two handers the damage bonus should be (60-25)/2 = 17.5 rounded down to 17."

Thats what it would become, which would make this weapon better, and considering the great research you did Kanras will probably be changing to to such.

You're the one who did all the research for that post, which in fact, I did read, and it seems like you are doing it in the best interest for the item you already have. Why do you even care the price somebody is selling an item you already have and don't want another one for?
