WTB Ring of the Dead MQ

I am fairly sure you cannot MQ this. This was removed as a possible reward for the quest that now just rewards reaper of the dead. Am I missing something?

The ring was initially tradeable, but I am not sure if the nerf changed existing tradeable ones to no-drop or not. If not you could directly purchase a ring. One of my friends I know had 2 and would recharge them on p99, but not sure if those would still be tradeable.
