requirements:

1) i don’t want to be at risk of a ban due to raid mob exploitation
2) i don’t want to be at risk of a ban due to bots that spam /who queries to find out where players log in and out at

is there a guild out there for me?

Only good advice here. Guilds are worthless unless you plan on showing up to a raid. Which raiding sucks because you're wasting a couple hours of your life to help gear someone else.
