So as far as i know, there are AT LEAST 5 guilds with access to HS.

Transatlantic Rampage, Fusion, Divinity, Vesica Dei, and Dangerous Glitch.

Part of the reason you are not seeing many items from Charasis for sale in EC is that Transatlantic Rampage has a guild first mentality, we have been giving items obtained in xp groups from both this zone and the various other xp camps to guildmembers who need them. Only once nobody needs those items anymore do we start sending them to the market. This is the same reason there was not a single hierophants cloak for sale until we stopped camping the crypt.

There is no conspiracy here to deny these items from the open market, nor was there one for denying keys to other guilds. I don't think a single prod or xalgoz fang was deleted by TR, and when we were done with those camps both got passed along.

I can't speak for the other guilds xping in this zone, but perhaps they are doing the same.
