There are plenty of live mobs to solo as a cleric, it's just more downtime in between each. Didn't bother me much as I would watch a movie or do errands while medding up. The gnolls in SK, cyclops, HG's, Gornit in OOT, and even the seafuries once you hit 54 and get reckoning.
