If your cerebrovascular accident ("stroke" might be easier to say) only prevents you from speaking well I don't think it will be a problem. While most guilds use Discord or another form of teamspeak, normally it's ok to just listen and never speak. You still need to be able to type in /guild of course, but if you can't type you probably wouldn't play EverQuest [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
