Yea, why are we still using ancient technology. People have figured out anti-grav zero-energy tech, but are either disappeared or cucked into oblivion. I watched this show that is kind of a Black Mirror rip off called Electric Dreams and there's an episode where Bryan Cranston is like some kind of military guy. The year is 2500 something and he's leaving to another planet to try and harvest hydrogen or something. And they still used a rocket to leave their planet, 500 years into the future. I let out a big ole NOPE and continued watching.
