Where are the Leatherfoot Scouts?

Yeah if you go to the one that looks like a druid ring there should be 4 spawns there that spawn initiates and neophytes. And then one leatherfoot deputy. Just lull the deputy and pull the lil ones. The initiates drop them. I think the spawns can be either neophytes or initiates so just kill them all to speed it up. Took me about 30 minutes to get four solo.
