This is about AGENCIES overreaching their constitutional rights and manipulating the constitution to empower their AGENCY not the federal goverment.

It was a personal witch hunt by the administrators of the BLM which is an agency that is not necessary, especially the way it is used to force people to pay fines that THEY created. Not the constitution.

Its about money, its about convincing you that farmers are out there steeling YOUR tax dollars, so the administration can steel your tax dollars and pay for their overbloated budgets. There were 0 complaints except for the ones made by the Beuro of land management.
