Wow that's awesome. Wow!

Gratz in today's gains.

Tonight I'm going. To my sisters first yoga class. Then I'm doing kendo. Should be three hours of high intensity training.

Tomorrow I hope to get blazed, press f5, and play video games

Yeah I used to bench way more when I was younger. Also had shoulder surgery 18 months ago so that hinders me a bit to this day.
Injuries are rough. I don't know how I did it but I couldn't even do a push up without sharp tearing pain. Had someone do some reiki (yeah, seriously) on it and it's better now that was like last year [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Anyhoo. Took a break from FQ and did sets of squats, flutter kicks, hip raises. Mountain climbers. Push ups. And variations of leg lifts and some work towards head stands.

Feeling pretty good. It's not focused, but an hour of that each day plus some random yoga seems good right now.

It's nice to be able to workout without winding up injured. I think angry intentions and overzealousness was causing me to hurt myself.

I ran out of chocolate peanut butter muscle milk and decided I wanted to try something else, go back to a simple whey product and just take a multivitamin.

I had chocolate whey from ON ( optimum nutrition ) in the past but it tasted so bad, and since im not an astronaut I shouldn't have to eat garbage so I was on muscle milk for a while and it was good but a tad pricy.

I bought 3 flavors, 1 lb each to try

Delecious strawberry
ends up being pretty good
Double Chocolate
tastes 100% like the last choc flavor which I cant stand
Vanilla Ice Cream
OK at best, wont buy again and may not even finish the pound

Question for fellow gainers

Anyone try this?

https://www.amazon.com/Optimum-Nutri...+protein&psc=1

I think they have more flavors not just choc, its pea protein basically, I cant imagine how many peas go into making this much protein but whatevers.

And before you start hating on whey products, my diet is simple,

Breakfast is

Eggs / turkey bacon. Might throw in some canned corned beef hash, which sounds disgusting but is really good.

If I have that for breakfast the huge protein burst allows me to fast till dinner. If I have oatmeal for breakfast im starving ( Carbs are evil ) and I have a turkey and swiss sandwinch on Pepperidge farm dark wheat bread with some cole slaw.

Dinner is ALWAYS a huge salad with lots of good stuff, its too hot to grow in florida in august so I buy the mixed greens tubs from grocery store I eat a large tub every 2 days. Sounds excessive but I need it. In the salad I put a whole avocado , dried tomatoes , dried cranberries, dried figs, roasted garlic ( I make in air fryer its bomb ) and a few other things. My dressing is sesame oil, soy sauce, olive oil and balsamic vinegar whipped. Once its been allowed to sit for a bit I put a big spoonful of siabra Tziki sauce ( duno how to spell ) Its bomb.

I have almost no salad left so tonight im eating $20 worth of salmon anyone mad?

Cant wait to hit the bike tonight for my 2 hour
Whey Pro's-
Complete Protein (Full Amino Profile)
Fast Acting, Quickly Absorbed
Whey Con's-
Toots
Artificial Flavoring
Heavily Processed

Vegan Pro's-
Little Sweetners
Much happier on your tummy

Vegan Con's-
Missing much of amino profile
Tastes awful

Best Alternative to Whey?
Brown Rice/Pea Protein
A nice balance of all pro's and con's, but with a brown rice/pea you get a full amino profile.

All in all, with a proper diet, just choose what fits your lifestyle choice.

Id like to add people who questioned my diet I have an amazing diet, I don't eat anything processed at all and I cook most of my meals unless I eat out, and eating out for me is a real restaurant not drive thru.

Whey has a very important function, I stay up till about 2 am and I eat dinner at 6pm

Most people on any physical fitness program will get super hungry a few hours before bed and unless you go to sleep 2 hours after dinner a snack of some type is in order.

Almost any snack I can think of has sugar, which will shit on your metabolism and daily gains if you eat it at 9.

If you skip the snack, you might potentially eat no food for almost 9 hours then go to sleep for 8ish hours, that's too long.

Whey in milk replaces the BAD snack with a "Pretty" good snack, I say pretty good because milk has 12g of sugar per cup

the protein will also help you heal what you do that day while sleeping, last night for example I came from my normal bikeride and felt so great I did a set on bench

added 2 reps per set and added another set so far so gains happening for sure, not even sore today and had a HUGE Breakfast

Also like to remind posters this is the GAINS Thread for physical fitness

Basically luls has no business here since he has critically low T ( Bald )
Staying up til 2 AM = poor

Seek employment, Christ, and positivity. Your negative levels are over 9000

I wonder what the EQ equivalent of a bump would be?

Like hopping on a necro and killing a couple hill giants and then logging off?
