the rule was created because it was determined that 95% of people on red are not trying to kill the kiter.
as a vet pvper from the 99 era way before Bush came and showed us the push game, I say its a good rule since ya'll hate real pvp so much. attacking kiters is wormy. fuck em dude. now if u earned the right to attack kiters by being a known pvp OG like Fandy, thats a horse of a different color. For Dango, he has not earned the right to attack any kiters.
