I don't really know what these guys say in the video, I was just finding the actual exercise I do. I incorporate dumbbells into my routine as well, so disregard the title of the first one. These are just two exercises I do a lot that I don't see many people doing. The second one I use the smith machine because it allows me to get wider.

Thanks. I do barbell rows but not exactly how he did them in the video. I'll try the smith machine as well
