An unfinished zone is why the puppet script never really worked correctly, and we never saw a Cazic Puppet after trying virtually every possible combination with the audience, including brute force killing all of the audience before Bristlebane spawned.
Just an interesting tidbit but someone posted a theory on this and I had a bit of a different spin onto it. But he said Cazic Thule isn't the real Cazic Thule in fear, but is the Cazic Thule puppet (we're talking Fear 1.0 here). Real Cazic kidnapped the puppet from PoM and placed him as a body double in Fear or something. He was a relatively weaker boss and what did he have a chance to drop? Puppet Strings (presumably from PoM during puppet show).

I thought the missing puppet was really the Avatar of Fear in Cazic Thule (similar size), and Cazic Thule retained the Puppet Strings for himself (which allowed him to summon multiple pets).

I never been to PoM but hope to some day, love seeing all these classic changes being remembered!

Yeap we will probably never know, but we should put Kraddok on the job just in case!
