Yea millenial 30 year olds aren't going to be like 30 year olds from the past. I don't think that's just wishful thinking on my part. See most millennials are just starting to get to that mid aged crisis spot...(25-30) and there is going to be a corresponding "I don't want to act like I'm old" attitude.
Which means this stupid ideas like "Is 30 too old for weight lifting?" need to be crushed.
The modern media makes you feel to ancient to accomplish anything new by 30 and it sucks. Constant emphasis on youth and young success stories.
I think the bonus will be less mid-life crisis among millenials.
