I don't raid on p99 (at least not yet) so my spectrum of possibility is limited to group content and smaller mini-raids. With that finite power spectrum in mind, capping non-raid monk potential was pretty cheap and easy. You quickly get to a point where the only buyable upgrades are 50k a pop or require you to raid.
Within that same finite power spectrum each level and gear upgrade makes the warrior more noticeably powerful. Thurg/HoT gear and groupable/micro_raid content will be huge jumps for the warrior. I guess what I'm trying to say is that aside from epic (monk), each upgrade was neat but didn't seem to make a big difference for my bard/monk/sham/nec.
