Not much if any of the loot from FM was 100% drop rate.

Goblin and Burynai named loots are 100% drops.

Just checking in on this, are we 100% sure this has been "fixed" if it needed it at all? I've been trying to do the sarnak cycle for about a week now with no "named" mobs or oddly named PHs spawning. I've read 3 separate guides and followed each guide but I cannot get any of the mobs.

Nevermind on this. I spoke with an individual yesterday (thank you) who said it's most likely just a common mob PH.
