I'm not a mage, but at 28 i'm kiting down high dark blue-yellow drolvargs in FV. There are also lots of casters and reds that I'm dodging. Is that the correct level range of mobs you'd like to fight?

I'd probably avoid the spider guys (drachnids), they tend to be an undercon.
