Clicky level class armor?

I can confirm that my lvl 5 enchanter has enchanter pants and slippers from Thurgadin and I am casting clarity and invis [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Can't confirm anything else but my guess would be that it all works at least on lvl 5. At lvl 1? I'd guess so but don't know for certain.

Clarity at lvl 5? That sounds hella OP. What regen are you getting per tick at that level?

Believe it was 2 per tick so it definitely reflects your level
