Its a really nice plane for dog-fighting however, that concept was disposed of by the US a while ago. The new inception of modern aircraft warfare is about who sees who first. It's a lot bigger and may or may not have exterior materials and paint as good as the F22 for ditching radar. There's no reason to believe the Chinese one is going to stealthier.
