Kromrif/Kromzek and Rallos Zek god

I am wanting to make a mule to park in Kael for coldain heads, I am wondering if a warrior on Rallos Zek and their starting giant faction? Also of note, my Ogre Warrior, who is agnostic started out non-KOS to Kael giants too, no idea why I thought for sure he'd be KOS as he is NOT Rallos Zek. (kind of regret not making him RZ though.) I assume it has to be a racial thing for ogres, not just a purely deity thing? I am quite sure I never did any faction stuff to make him non-KOS to Kael giants...
