If you haven't already gotten help here's how I solo it:
Bind at the TT/EJ zone line in TT. Invis and levi up. Run around until you find one of the mobs. Root it and gate. Invis up and wait.
It's on a different faction than the skeletons and since you're invis you'll be indifferent to all the other frogs so your mob should come solo to the TT/EJ Zone line. I've successfully pulled both key mobs and even a Sigra (named mob) to zone line that way.
This should be doable at 54 as an ENC.
