if you have a fresh install run the all in one tool it will help you out.

Thank you for the reply. I got it working when whitelisted it on my antivirus so that seems to have been the issue [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Now I just can't get fullscreen to work because it changes to the windows cursor when the mouse nears the edge making you go to desktop when you try to click stuff near the edge. Pretty annoying but I've gotten it looking good in windowed now. Thank you.
