Quest Issue: Leatherfoot Raider Questline Text Inaccuracy

I went ahead and reviewed the entire quest and made the following changes:
- Corrected typos.
- Added multiquest ability.
- Added amiable faction requirement.
- Changed Marshal Anrey's appearance to classic.
- Increased faction reward.
- Added missing quest completion sound effect.
- Increased and randomized the money reward.
