It might be possible by editing eqclient.ini or something, but I kind of doubt it. It's certainly impossible in the game itself, as the key-binding stuff makes it literally impossible to set ESC as the key binding for any action (which means the "action" for ESC isn't controllable in the UI).
Stupid question: why not just get a new one? Keyboards are so cheap (eg. $14 https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-...BHC/ref=sr_1_3) that I'd offer to send you an extra one, but it probably would cost more to mail it than it would cost you to buy. |
Sounds like he's on a laptop and replacing the board/fixing the key would be a lot of effort
