Oh true. Just to clarify though. I didn't want you to remove it, I wanted you to add a link to my WTS thread. However now I know that it isn't possible.

agreed, i guess this is why my sentiment is to encourage people not to participate in buying MQs for their leveling clerics.

I'm not sure if that's really what happens anymore, but i remember when I was leveling a lot of clerics basically just decided they'd shell out the 20k for a ragefire heart. Assuming this is still the case.
all that will do is lower the price for the people that dont stop.

IMO there is no way to change the real world virtual economy we have on these servers, other than nerfing them and making the game more like world of warcraft.

either love the game for the emergent mechancis that make it fun to play 5+ years without expansions, or play another game IMO it doesnt make sense to turn this into live for the same shortsighted reasons that daybreak did, or blizzard.

the truth is, yes of course you're right, MQ does hurt the game, but it hurts it by making people that it bothers leave, to play other games, that are more casual.. then the few sickos that play here for 5 years, its working great.

This game works all these years later, because of the broken mechanics casuals are upset about.

As its been said by the greats: enjoy the path to get there, not the destination.

Dear Castamere quested this Epic for his very own Cleric. But the Gods of Norrath called Dear Castamere to a different vocation. He righteously abandoned the cleric and laid it to rest.

It is with great joy that he can now proffer the sacred Water Sprinkler to a young cleric whose growth is sanctined by the Gods of Norrath.

In fact, this MQ has passed the test of RNF.

Buy it NOW!
That was one hell of a thread bump my man. In the name of good sportsmanship, i'll be offering a 10k discount to the young cleric interested. However they must pass a test and present either myself or the hobbit with a token of good faith. Perhaps the head of a dark elf would work.

MQ just needs to be removed whole cloth for the same reason boxing needs to be. It's skipping content. Making things easier than they should be. Making your ability to farm pixels better than it should be. It's cheating -- that simple.

The whole fucking point of bind on pick up is that you have to do that shit yourself. Your not supposed to be that easy.
I'd offer that the inability to do the quest yourself, due to a long MQ seller camp line, is why it needs addressing.

If you're an actual cleric without an epic you should be able to kick these goons off the mobs.

POP was the best expansion

Real astute of you, able to view my post count and use it as an insult. Highly imaginative, never seen that one before. Personally I expect a bit more effort here in RnF. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Why are clerics buying epics??? seems like the culture on blue is the problem, not the mechanics.
it is the culture nobody is denying that, anything worth more than 30kpp gets permafarmed these days but changed mechanics can force the culture into change.
