I'm actually a partial owner of an online marketing company with our own host of products. Goal is to sell it next year. Puts me in the position atm of being paid less than I should be but much bigger reward if we pull off our goals

This isn’t going to be your typical, longwinded and sappy goodbye. Everyone in the guild (and out) knows why we are moving on (we got our shit pushed in). You simply can’t play EQ forever (especially when your guild can't kill a single target), and there is only so much to do on a server (where your pull with pocket gms has run dry) that is unfortunately on its way down. Velious was the pinnacle, the summit. We waited a long time to tackle it. We climbed, we reached the top, we planted our flag, then Apex came and drop kicked both it and us from our cozy perch.

It is bittersweet to end our run - especially because this time we are leaving against our will - but the friends we have made along the way will most likely quit too, seeing as they burned all of their bridges on the server. In the future, you may see some of us trying to grief Apex raids, but this will be short lived as most people will be suspended due to the rules that we had changed in order to attempt to free-farm pixels. You may see some of us raiding kunark content under a new guild tag at 3 am, which is ironic given the guild tag is <Employed>. You may see some of us in different games. Hopefully you wont see the majority of us ever again.

Big thanks to the truly unique (and sometimes very toxic) R99 and P99 community and the GM’s and Dev’s who made it all possible to relive this sick addiction.

real talk heartbrand put in probably some of the least amount of effort for the most amount of gear of any player on the box, in a world of losers he is the biggest winner. real pvp is cucking other players into doing everything for you and still getting better pixels than them. who cares if he sucks at the goblintown minigame?

HB had one of the highest playtimes pre velious at one point tho
