In basketball, if you grab a rebound, swing your elbows around crazily hoping to hit someone but completely miss all, you are not called for a foul.

If you grab the rebound, swing your elbows like a crazy man obviously trying to hit someone and manage to land an elbow into someones jaw shattering it, it's going to be a flagrant foul and you are thrown out of the game, suspended, and fined etc. Punished, in otherwords.

If this is a truthful account of why Swish got banned, that he simply copy pasted server rules, regardless what his intent was he hit no one in the proverbial jaw as this action alone (posting rules) could actually benefit people even if his intent was to mock it.

My point is, I find it hard to believe he got banned for posting rules. I think there's something missing from the story that can only be found on the dark net.

We need some of our real sleuthers to dig up why Swish was really banned.

Directly mocking server staff and their decisions is a great way to get banned.

Pro tip: suspension is totally at discretion of mods and they don't even owe us an explanation. If you're annoying them or making problems repeatedly they will suspend you because we have no rights. We are all slaves to Kings Rogean and Nilbog and Duke Sirken and the Lordship represented by Llandris Braknar, Telin, et al.

Best thing to do is take your slap on the wrist and remember its a first world privilege to be addicted to posting on the project 1999 forums for free. Realize you have become a poop elf, make your apologies, and scale it back until your next mental/emotional collapse.

In other news, Swish is guide Llandris and this is another disinformation campaign to make us think Swish doesn't run the server.
